Our milk is produced by our organic dairy herd at Woodhorn Farm, where our family has farmed since 1882.
Our herd of 250 free-range cows are at the heart of everything we do. Their health and welfare is our top priority and ensures we produce the best quality, delicious milk for you to enjoy.
When our lovely ladies are not snuggling down in their cosy barn during the colder, darker months, they’re free to spend their days grazing on the lush pastures around the farm before coming in to share their rich flavourful and wholesome milk with us.
The milk is then pasteurised within a few hours before coming here for you to buy it – fresh! To preserve the flavour and natural creaminess we don’t homogenise our milk.
